Things To Know
We must have a signed release by the current owner of the property before we can perform a moisture probe stucco inspection. Please complete the form and send to release@charlottestuccoprotection.com.
Payment is due prior to the inspection. We accept credit card payments via Pay Pal (no account needed) in our online shopping cart. The preferred payment method is to send funds to bcinspector1@gmail.com or 704-577-3571 using your online system (Zelle etc).
Pricing
EIFS/Synthetic Stucco Hardcoat/Traditional Stucco Visual Inspection
A full moisture probe inspection averages around 2 hours. It usually takes 1 to 2 days to produce the written report with all the photos and information. We will generate a .pdf file and email a copy of the report along with sending out a printed copy via U.S.P.S.
